How are the windows installed?
When it comes to window replacement, most companies use the cut-and-caulk technique. At Merit, we subscribe to a different philosophy: we take the time to assess each job in detail to make sure we not only find the most economical solution, but also other most sensible installation.
Does Merit subcontract installation?
We use our own company-trained installers for every job we do. Rest assured that you will deal only with Merit employees from start to finish.
What if there is a problem?
Merit has a complete window warranty division equipped to service any problem that might arise. We can get most replacement parts within one week and all service issues are addressed within 24 hours of notification.
