Just a note to express our gratitude to Merit for the work done on our kitchen remodel by Linette. Throughout the process, she has been the consummate professional who made the process very enjoyable. Linette's knowledge of the products she sells, her creativity, and her technical expertise was refreshing. All those accolades aside, she has two critical qualities that characterize her best from a customer point-of-view: patience and perseverance. We roughly designed the layout of our kitchen, but Linette made it work by catching all the technical flaws, constantly adjusting drawings and the materials list, injecting new ideas, and was never afraid to take a step back and tell us what she thought was right and wrong. We're very happy with our new kitchen and recommend Linette and Merit without reservation. We also did new windows with Merit. The process was equally flawless!

I found Merit on the web. I was one of those people who walked in, wanting to redo my kitchen, but somewhat like a deer in headlights trying to sort it out. Linette was fantastic, helping me come up with plans, making adjustments, and coordinating delivery. My cabinets arrived on time and Linette's communication throughout was excellent. She stuck with me after delivery to make sure I was completely satisfied and helped correct any issues that came up.
I also would give a shout out to the delivery guys. Initially one Merit person delivered my cabinets. He thought I had a carpenter present to help with delivery which I unfortunately did not. He had a second person come immediately to help. When he realized that the super susan was too big to go in the front door, he asked me for a snow shovel so he could shovel a path through the grass, around the house, to my larger back door.

My husband and I are building a new home and stopped in to Merit to see what you might have on display in cabinets. We were "just looking" at that time but we liked what we saw. We made an appointment with Linette the following Saturday and that was that. We were hooked. She is just amazing!
